Executive Clinical Director

Courtney Carpenter, MA, is no stranger to management roles in substance use treatment. Previously a Regional Director of Program Operations, where she provided executive leadership to case management and the clinical departments for two Massachusetts locations. Courtney earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology and her master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Assumption College. She chose to apply her education to substance use treatment because, while it can be challenging, it is the most rewarding for her.

Day-to-day, Courtney oversees each client's case and ensures the delivery of the highest quality patient care. Her primary focus is ensuring patients receive an individualized treatment and discharge plan that adequately addresses their needs and aids them in long-term recovery.
